We have 3 car fan patens: ZL 200730127991.0 ZL200730127992.5 ZL200720115133.9.
We are professional in doing car fans. And we have all accessories produced on our own. At the same time, the fan will go through rigorous testing to be good quanlity.
We use virgin plastic to make fans.
Our gearboxes are made with POM, they are better in rub resistance, density, and lubricity than some made with PC that sound crisply.
The enameled wires of electric motor are entirely made of copper.
Our shaking bar is made of new material.
Standard components(screws, springs) are all coated with nickeling. So they are not easily rusted.
Our switch box adopt modified PP which is bigger, higher temperature to 130 centigrade than the commonly encountered.
Our car fan sold worldwide, we have rich exprience.
